Dry Risers

Dry Riser Mains are intended for the use by the Fire Brigade or other trained personnel and provide a readily available means of delivering considerable quantities of water to extinguish or prevent the spread of fire.

Dry Risers comprise vertical mains which are fitted into staircase enclosures or other suitable positions with outlets fitted at ground level to enable the Fire Brigade to connect into the water supply.

All dry riser works are fully accredited with service and maintenance undertaken by our own engineers and equipment. This ensures our customers receive the most competitive prices.

Before installation of Dry Riser Systems, the local Fire Brigade must be consulted to ascertain their exact requirements.

All our installations are compliant with BS EN3 9990. Our service engineers are trained to maintain current dry risers in accordance with the requirements of BS 9990:2006.
